Every year, Safe Odisha For Her actively participates in the Annual Global Campaign – 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, held from 25th November to 10th December. As part of this international movement, we organize a series of events, including webinars, live talks, and expert-led discussions focused on preventing gender-based violence through grassroots implementation and policy reform. In 2023, we invited practitioners, lawyers, activists, and researchers to share practical ideas for systems-level change. We also launched a community research initiative by engaging social work students to document local realities and contribute data-driven insights for our campaigns. In 2024 we engaged with the villagers at Damkalrlkhunta panchayat to co-create violence-free-village campaign.
